Seminar Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

The objective of the computer vision seminar is to create a research background and culture (e.g., awareness of what has been done and is being done in computer vision and machine learning) and to develop presentation and critical analysis skills. Themes in computer vision and machine learning will be presented for a few weeks. Each theme will consist of a general presentation of the topic and of a more specialized recent work within the topic. Attendees will be required to attend all seminars and to present once per theme a paper selected from the literature. It is also possible to arrange presentations of own research work.
